By creating an account or using the Zank AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Zank AI is a financial technology platform that provides peer-to-peer money transfers, wallet management, and related financial services. The Service is currently in beta and features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable.
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Zank AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Zank AI is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
To comply with federal regulations, Zank AI may require you to verify your identity before accessing certain features. This may include providing your Social Security Number, government-issued ID, and other personal information. Failure to complete verification may result in limited account functionality.
Transfers between Zank AI users are processed in real time and are generally irreversible once completed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transfer recipients and amounts. Zank AI is not responsible for transfers sent to incorrect recipients.
The Service is currently in beta. Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. Zank AI provides the beta Service "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (c) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing; (d) create multiple accounts; (e) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.
Zank AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you through an available method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zank AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Zank AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount held in your Zank AI wallet at the time of the claim.
Zank AI may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
